Where: <\/strong>Lambert Wilson Park\/Aurora Leisure Complex (135 Industrial Pkwy N, Aurora, ON L4G 4C4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who:<\/strong> U8\/10\/12\/Elementary Boys and Girls<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Race distances are as follows<\/strong> (using SSAF guidelines). <\/p>\n\n\n\n


a) U8 Boys\u2019 & U8 Girls\u2019 1.06 km
b) U10 Boys\u2019 & U10 Girls\u2019 1.06 km
c) U12 Boys\u2019 & U12 Girls\u2019 1.83 km
d) Elementary Boys\u2019 & Girls\u2019 2.87 km<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Many Participants:<\/strong> Each school will be allowed to bring a max of 10 runners per gender, per age category. Example, in the U8 category – you can bring 5 girls in grade 1 and 5 girls in grade 2 for a total of 10, or you could bring 4 girls in grade 1 and 6 girls in grade 2 for a total 0f 10. This is your choice as a school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time:<\/strong>\u00a010:00 a.m. – 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Opens<\/strong>:\u00a0 Tuesday, September 16th<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Closes:<\/strong>\u00a0Tuesday, September 30th<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When signing up please indicate which age groups will be attending with approximate number of runners you are looking to bring in each age group. Indicate any coaches and\/or ADs emails for future correspondence.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Eligibility lists, if you choose to use the same eligibility list that is fine, but please have the age categories separated in the list (List U8 first, then skip a line and list U10, etc.)

Please email your eligibility list(s) and ensure online waivers are completed and sent to both tnguyen@rhms.ca at least one week before race day, therefore,\u00a0rosters and waivers are due by Tuesday, October 7t<\/strong>h.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
