2025 SSAF Golf Tournament<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Please email myself with your golfer total by October 8, 2025.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convener on site<\/strong>: Natassia Kopanos\/Tyler McDermid, Everest Academy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location<\/strong>: Bathurst Glen Golf Course <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Opens at<\/strong>: 9:00 AM<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shotgun Start<\/strong>: 10:00AM<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost: <\/strong>$75.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attire<\/strong>: Standard golf attire (collared shirts, slacks, shorts (no cargo shorts), etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responding to the event: <\/strong>Please respond with the number of golfers you will be sending, as well as whether you will be sending a playing or non-playing supervisor. For every 3 golfers, please send 1 playing supervisor. For 4 active golfers, please send a non-active supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview<\/strong>: The tournament will be a 10:00am \u201cshotgun\u201d start. All tournament participants should be at the golf course no later than 9:00. While golfing, we will have a longest drive challenge, closest to the pin for both boys, girls, and supervising playing staff members. Prizes to be awarded!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Golf Tournament Rules:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 The supervisor will keep scores for all players in the grouping. Winners are based on individual score (girls elementary and high school \/ boys elementary and high school) and best team score in elementary and high school for the banners (top 3 golfers from their school).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 18 Holes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 If you reach double par in strokes, please pick up your ball and score yourself double par on the score card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Play your ball as it lies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 If a ball is hit out of bounds or into water or you\u2019re unable to find it, drop at point of entry and take a 1-stroke penalty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Respect the course!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
