Elementary Coed Softball Declarations Opening Monday, April 20th @ 8:30 am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear SSAF members,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope this email finds you well! I am reaching out to share the details for the upcoming Elementary Coed Softball Tournament, which will take place on Wednesday, May 27th, at the Aurora Family Leisure Complex (Willson Lambert Park), located at 135 Industrial Parkway North, Aurora, ON.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to limited space with only three diamonds available, we will need to CAP<\/strong> the tournament at the first 12 teams registered. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tournament Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022           Tournament Date:<\/strong> Wednesday, May 27, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022           Registration Opens:<\/strong> Monday, April 20th at 8:30 am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022           Registration Closes:<\/strong> Wednesday, May 13th at 4:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022           Eligibility Lists Due:<\/strong> Wednesday, May 20th at 4:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022           Start Time:<\/strong> 9:00 am (Please arrive by 8:30 am if you are scheduled to play first)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022           Location:<\/strong> Aurora Leisure Complex (Willson Lambert Park), 135 Industrial Parkway North, Aurora, ON<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \u2022           Maximum Teams:<\/strong> 12 teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When registering, please include your school\u2019s name and email address for all coaches. Additionally, make sure to submit your Eligibility Lists<\/strong> and Waiver Forms<\/strong> to both Yvonne (ymessina2@yahoo.ca) and myself (page@aurora-prep.com) by Wednesday, May 20th<\/sup><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Reminder:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please review the mandatory equipment requirements, particularly the need for a catcher\u2019s mask with a throat guard, shin pads and chest protector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once registration closes and all teams are confirmed, we will send out the tournament schedule that week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
