Elementary Coed Softball Declarations Opening Monday, April 20th @ 8:30 am
Dear SSAF members,
I hope this email finds you well! I am reaching out to share the details for the upcoming Elementary Coed Softball Tournament, which will take place on Wednesday, May 27th, at the Aurora Family Leisure Complex (Willson Lambert Park), located at 135 Industrial Parkway North, Aurora, ON.
Due to limited space with only three diamonds available, we will need to CAP the tournament at the first 12 teams registered. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tournament Details:
• Tournament Date: Wednesday, May 27, 2026
• Registration Opens: Monday, April 20th at 8:30 am
• Registration Closes: Wednesday, May 13th at 4:00 pm
• Eligibility Lists Due: Wednesday, May 20th at 4:00 pm
• Start Time: 9:00 am (Please arrive by 8:30 am if you are scheduled to play first)
• Location: Aurora Leisure Complex (Willson Lambert Park), 135 Industrial Parkway North, Aurora, ON
• Maximum Teams: 12 teams
When registering, please include your school’s name and email address for all coaches. Additionally, make sure to submit your Eligibility Lists and Waiver Forms to both Yvonne (ymessina2@yahoo.ca) and myself (page@aurora-prep.com) by Wednesday, May 20th.
Important Reminder:
Please review the mandatory equipment requirements, particularly the need for a catcher’s mask with a throat guard, shin pads and chest protector.
Once registration closes and all teams are confirmed, we will send out the tournament schedule that week.
