Registration Opens at: 9:00 AM

Shotgun Start: 10:00AM

Cost: To be confirmed. (Approximately $60/ per golfer) 

Attire: Standard golf attire (collared shirts, slacks, shorts (no cargo shorts), etc.

Responding to the event: Please respond with the number of golfers you will be sending, as well as whether you will be sending a playing or non-playing supervisor. For every 3 golfers, please send 1 playing supervisor. For 4 active golfers, please send a non-active supervisor. 

Please Note: Non-registered supervisors will NOT be permitted to walk the course. 

Students will be placed in groups with a supervisor from another school to ensure the event remains equitable and supports fair, friendly competition.

Overview: The tournament will be a 10:00am “shotgun” start. All tournament participants should be at the golf course no later than 9:00am. While golfing, we will have a longest drive challenge, closest to the pin for both boys, girls, and supervising playing staff members. 

Standard Golf Tournament Rules:

· The supervisor will keep scores for all players in the grouping. Winners are based on individual score (girls elementary and high school / boys elementary and high school) and best team score in elementary and high school for the banners (top 3 golfers from their school).

· 18 Holes

· If you reach double par in strokes, please pick up your ball and score yourself double par on the scorecard.

· Play your ball as it lies

· If a ball is hit out of bounds or into water or you’re unable to find it, drop at point of entry and take a 1-stroke penalty

· Respect the course!
